Chief Executive Officer

Kelly Williams is the CEO of CRA, bringing over two decades of leadership in industrial services, equipment rental, and business transformation. He has deep experience with private equity and venture-backed businesses, and has overseen more than 100 acquisitions and multiple successful exits. Known for scaling operations across North America and Europe, Kelly holds an MBA and undergraduate degree from Anderson University and serves on the auxiliary board of the Boys and Girls Club in Tipton, Indiana.

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris Anderson is the Chief Revenue Officer at CRA, with over 20 years of experience leading sales and marketing teams across industrial services and equipment rental sectors. He has driven commercial growth across North America and the U.K., including through complex mergers. Chris holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Utah and an MBA from Penn State.

Van Welch

Chief Financial Officer

Van Welch is CFO of CRA, overseeing finance, accounting, compliance, and M&A. With over 30 years of experience in industrial services and infrastructure, he has helped lead companies through significant revenue growth, operational improvements, and successful mergers and integrations. Van brings a proven track record of supporting executive teams through transformation and scale. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ray Hobbs

Chief Operating Officer

Ray Hobbs is Chief Operating Officer at CRA and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience in the compactor and baler rental industry, Ray founded and led one of the largest regional equipment lessors in the United States. He now oversees CRA’s national operations, bringing deep expertise in service, fleet strategy, and customer relationships to help drive continued growth and expansion.
